Two new charitable organisations move into Sonbrook’s Merchants Quay development
Sonbrook is delighted to welcome Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) and The National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities (NASPD) as new tenants to its Marshalsea Court building at Merchants Quay.
Both organisations are separately occupying c.230sq.m (2,400 sq.ft) of newly refurbished spaces on the ground floor and third floor respectively of the 45,000 sq.ft Marshalsea Court building.
The IMNDA is the only organisation of its kind providing care and support to people with Motor Neurone Disease, their families, friends and carers. The National Advocacy Service provides a free and independent reference service to adults with disabilities across Ireland.
The new organisations join long standing tenants, the business division of the Health Service Executive (HSE) which employs some 100 people at Marshalsea Court. As well as the enhanced security systems and newly refurbished lobby spaces at the development, the new tenants will enjoy the benefit of the extensive refurbishment of the green courtyard spaces, including improved air quality, reduced stress and higher workplace satisfaction.
According to Sonbrook founder and CEO, Kevin Stanley, these new tenants are a perfect fit for the newly renovated Marshalsea Court buildings. “If ever two service providers characterized the people centred culture that Sonbrook supports, it’s these two. I hope they have a fruitful and rewarding experience in the sympathetic environment we’ve created here in Merchants Quay,” he said.
