Completed Baggot Street refurbishment reveals more Sonbrook style

A comprehensive refurbishment of Sonbrook’s offices in Dublin was completed in August 2020, revealing yet again, Sonbrook’s talent for preserving the best of the old and complementing it with state of the art modern tools and techniques.

The refurbishment involved the restoration of the entire fabric of the building to include roof works, the original sash windows, staircase, mouldings and cornices and the installation of latest generation IT infrastructure and security systems. Landscaping enhancement to the rear garden has resulted in a reflective green space ideal for meetings and gatherings.

Commenting on the project, Kevin Stanley said, “the elegant landscaping enhancement to the rear garden has resulted in a reflective green space ideal for (socially distanced!) meetings and events. We look forward to a proper move in very soon and perhaps a gathering in the garden when permitted!”
